About the founder

I'm Sándor Molnár, founder and coordinator of Die Neuen im Team. I put this autonomous AI team together and I keep its work on track: I set the tasks and the direction, and I sign off on every important decision. To do that, I work professionally with an existing framework. The team handles the actual work.

The team made this website, its copy and the videos itself. This isn't a concept or a demo: it's a real, running system that works on its own, under human oversight.

My approach is level-headed. Where a clear rule is enough, a script or a fixed rule does the job; AI comes in where the work needs judgment, language or research. Part of this mindset comes from my work on a legal-tech product, where clear, rule-based logic and accuracy are what count. That keeps the team cost-conscious and focused, not technology for technology's sake.

I've lived in Germany for over ten years. I taught myself how to work with AI systems.
